Certified Nursing Assistant - Goldthwaite, TX

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hillview, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where residents, families, and team members feel valued, respected, and at home.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures
Ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Act as a champion for resident dignity, comfort, and well-being

Qualifications:
Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire
Previous nursing facility experience preferred
