An exciting opportunity has become available for an Associate Veterinarian to join a highly respected private small animal hospital in Clearwater, Florida. Established for over 20 years, this thriving practice has built an outstanding reputation within the local community, supported by a loyal and growing client base that values high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. The hospital is committed to practising exceptional medicine while maintaining a manageable caseload that allows veterinarians to deliver the highest standard of patient care without compromising work-life balance. You'll be joining a friendly, experienced, and collaborative team of Veterinarians and Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) who are passionate about supporting one another and creating a positive working environment. Key Duties As an Associate Veterinarian, you will become an integral part of a compassionate and dedicated clinical team, providing exceptional care to patients while building lasting relationships with
clients. Responsibilities include: • Performing a wide range of medical, surgical, and dental procedures to a high clinical standard.
• Diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions in companion animals.
• Delivering outstanding preventative and wellness care, ensuring the highest standards of patient welfare.
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners, providing guidance on treatment options and long-term healthcare plans.
• Working collaboratively with veterinarians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and support staff to maintain an efficient, supportive, and positive practice environment.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of a well-established hospital committed to clinical excellence. Package and Benefits • Competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
