Within the Worldwide Data and AI GTM team Within the Worldwide Data and AI GTM team, this position is a part of the AmazonBedrock AgentCore Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTMstrategy for AgentCore service. We define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AmazonBedrock AgentCore and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existingmarkets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify newopportunities.We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build newinitiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedbackfrom customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partnernetwork to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals. In emergingareas, we play a critical role as the “first in” teams to build markets for newservices, domains, or solutions. This involves activities including market sizing, working with your counterpartsfrom across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline, working with customersto understand use cases and technical requirements, working with foundationmodel partners to develop joint GTM strategies, creating content to train thefield teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams todefine new features. As the ideal candidate, you possess a business andtechnology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements withcustomers from various segments, from startups to multinational enterprises, aswell was to work with partners to develop GTM and co-sell motions. You havedomain expertise in generative AI and key ML powered use cases. You have thetechnical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to datascientists and C-Level executives. In addition, you have a good understanding ofthe AI Agent Platform and AgenticAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, andare passionate about market development and evangelism. You will need to beadept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS(product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, partner, and professionalservices) and externally with customers and model providers. You will drive thedevelopment of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon Bedrock,interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and workwith and model providers and our solutions architects to help them define andimplement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them. Key job responsibilities Lead Amazon Bedrock AgentCore GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams. Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy. Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers. Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps. Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution. • 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but notlimited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreementsexperience
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at theorganizational level

Preferred Qualifications: - Master\'s degree in business,data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, orrelated field, or PMP certificate

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programsacross large-scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs andleveraging analytics to drive program decisions
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations acrossleadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting
• Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on drivingrevenue, adoption, and market penetration
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customersand stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders andcross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solutionarchitect teams, product management and account management teams
• Experience in technology-related account management or field sales roles
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw businessinsights
