Join Our Outpatient Team | Physical Therapist | Full-Time

Location: Coral Springs, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year DOE plus full benefits

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role is centered on helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and build strength through consistent, goal-based care. It’s a straightforward clinic setting with a predictable schedule and a focus on one-on-one treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans when needed
• Teach home exercises and recovery techniques
• Communicate clearly with patients about their goals
• Maintain proper clinical documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Able to manage a steady outpatient caseload
• Experience preferred but not required
