Call Center Representative - Telecom

Managing codes includes overhead pages and calling in various teams for the emergency situation. This role supports our Monroe Clinic and Hospital, and also covers St. Mary's Janesville Hospitals calls after hours and weekends.Department: Access CenterSchedule: PRN (pick up based on department needs) - Shifts could range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am - department is open 7 days a week. Most shift availability is 2nd and 3rd shift.Job Summary:Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESResponds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.Tracks inquires, questions and answers and provides resolution.May perform clerical or administrative duties.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONHigh School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experienceEXPERIENCENo experience requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
