Overview
Radiology Tech (CT Tech) – Travel assignment in Machias, Maine, starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay is $2,078 to $2,195. Shift is 12-hour nights, Wednesday through Friday. This position operates in a diagnostic imaging/radiology setting within a clinical imaging department.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
- Position patients, select appropriate CT protocols, and adjust equipment to optimize image quality while ensuring patient safety
- Verify patient identity and exam accuracy; monitor patient condition during procedures
- Acquire, review, and ensure radiographic quality of images; communicate findings to radiologists as needed
- Administer contrast agents when required and monitor for adverse reactions, adhering to safety and allergy precautions
- Maintain equipment integrity, perform routine cleaning, and uphold infection control standards
- Document procedures, manage patient records, and ensure proper image storage and workflow

Requirements
- ARRT license (Radiologic Technologist) active and current
- State of Maine radiologic technologist license required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 1 year of radiology technologist experience
- Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technologist
- Covid-19 vaccination required
- Ability to work night shifts and function effectively in a fast-paced imaging environment
