The operator supports inventory and logistics processes while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with established procedures. They work in a structured, metrics-driven environment to complete routine tasks and maintain efficient operations. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials, parts, and finished goods Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production areas Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory tracking Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Complete routine tasks using established processes and instructions Work in a metrics-driven environment to meet productivity goals MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred Prior forklift experience required Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English Basic math and computer skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to work independently with general supervision Additional Requirements Ability to work a rotating schedule as outlined Must be comfortable working in a physically active environment (standing, walking, lifting, bending, etc.) Frequent use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment Must be able to meet productivity and performance expectations Take the Next Step!
