Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a General Helper:

• Assist with the installation and assembly of equipment, materials, and components in warehouse and distribution center environments

• Assemble and install fencing, vinyl netting, and other facility materials

• Install, remove, and replace floor tape and floor markings

• Load and unload trucks containing equipment, materials, and supplies

• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the worksite

• Use basic hand and small power tools to complete assembly and installation tasks

• Operate pallet jacks and other basic material-handling equipment as needed

• Assist with the setup, modification, and breakdown of project areas

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all project and jobsite safety procedures

• Perform other installation, assembly, and general labor duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous installation, construction, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

• Experience using basic hand and small power tools preferred

• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a pallet jack

• Ability to follow instructions, measurements, and project requirements

• Comfortable working in an active warehouse or distribution center environment

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and move materials as required

• Valid driver's license or state identification required

• Background check and drug testing required
