Job Profile


JOB SUMMARY: Implements occupational therapy services for patients under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist, including structured evaluations, treatments, and documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Certificate from an AOTA accredited program, License to practice in Texas.
Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program.

Equipment Operated: O.T. treatment equipment.
