Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products by operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and lubrication.
Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
Utilize SAP to create material requests, confirm transfer orders, issue handling units, and other inventory-related tasks.
Operate Work Savers, forklifts, stand-up/sit-down lifts, and manlifts as needed.
Follow GMP, SOP, quality, and compliance requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Report safety concerns immediately and promote a safe work environment.
Preferred Experience

Manufacturing or production experience

SAP experience

RF/Scan Gun experience

Work Saver or Forklift experience

Machine operation experience

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Ability to frequently lift 5-25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
