Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative Benefits: Competitive compensation with potential to make between $14- $24+ per hour (comprised of hourly wages and commissions on membership sales) Paid and ongoing training Flexible schedules Free Blowouts Generous discounts on retail products and tools Flexible dress code: black, white, grey, yellow and denim An upbeat, positive, fun, family-feel shop culture Here is what Drybar Bartenders are responsible for each day: Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld and every visit feels seamless, elevated, and memorable Actively engage with clients throughout their visit - creating connection, conversation and an experience that goes beyond just the blowout Set the tone for a fun, positive, and high-energy shop atmosphere — think of it as hosting a party, every single day Manage reservations and client profiles, troubleshoot booking issues, and optimize the schedule to support both the client experience and business needs Support stylists throughout the day by assisting with tools, maintaining flow, and helping ensure the shop runs efficiently behind the scenes Keep the shop looking fresh through daily side work, including dusting, sweeping, restocking product shelves, inventory support, and maintaining clean tools, dishes, and glassware Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment Previous experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems strongly preferred Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
