Project manager

BTC Connect is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Houston, Texas, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial objectives are met. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress, issues, and risks. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks. Ensure that all project deliverables meet our high standards of quality. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems. Qualifications Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities. Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project. A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Benefits A competitive salary of $27 - $35 USD per hour.
