Looking for a fresh start, a steady career, or a job that feels rewarding? PRS Auto is hiring at our loading facility in Vance, AL — home of the Mercedes‑Benz plant. We’re searching for reliable, motivated team members to help unload and drive brand‑new Mercedes vehicles straight on to the railcars.
No experience? No problem. We’ll train you. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity with real long‑term growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive brand‑new Mercedes vehicles on to railcars and secure them.
- Work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions.
- Climb ladders and lift to 50 lbs. overhead.
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- No felonies in the last 7 years.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Okay with heights and ladders.
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and positive.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
What You’ll Get:
- $17 per hour starting pay.
- 40 hours per week (average)
- 7:00 AM daily start time.
- Weekly pay.
