Who We’re Looking For We welcome licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are: Committed to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness Experienced in ergonomic assessments and early intervention strategies Passionate about creating safe and healthy work environments Your Role As an Industrial Specialist, you will: Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments Lead work simulation and wellness programs Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards Key Responsibilities Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management Track and report program outcomes to measure effectiveness Physical Demands & Dress Code Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Professional attire with site‑appropriate PPE required Diversity & Inclusion At Unify Health Services, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.
