Compensation: $20.00 Job Summary: NIGHT SHIFT - The shift for this role is Monday - Wednesday, 7:00p - 7:30a. Production workers are the core of Purple! We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team! As an IMM operator you are responsible for keeping up with the production demands while operating safely. Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure IMM equipment is running at peak efficiencies Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift Load and unload items from machines and dollies Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift Responsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished items Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting IMM issues Required Skills, Education, Experience: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Physical Requirements: Physical activities may constantly include: Communicating with others to exchange information. Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to stand for 12 hours Environmental Conditions may occasionally include: Noisy production environment Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate): This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
