1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing plumbing and emergency service company specializing in drain cleaning, sewer repair, and commercial plumbing services .

Were looking for a driven outside sales professional to establish a new territory.

If youre a hunter who thrives on cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals , this is a high-income opportunity in a recession-resistant industry.

What Youll Do

• Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling + in-person visits )
• Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships
• Secure recurring service agreements
• Attend networking events and generate referrals
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Proven success with prospecting and closing new business
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Experience with CRM tools
• Excellent time management and organization

Compensation

• Base + commission.
• Uncapped earnings top performers will significantly exceed expectations
