Overview:
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods (8+ hours), and comfortably lift heavy items (often up to 50–75 lbs) in cold environments (typically 40°ree;F).
Meat Packer: Focuses heavily on operational speed, accuracy in fulfilling orders, and adhering to strict labeling protocols.
Skills and Experience:
Required Experience
- Cold Environments: Proven history working in refrigerated spaces (35°ree;F–40°ree;F).
- Physical Labor: Experience standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Fast-Paced Production: Background meeting hourly packing in assembly lines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Working knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and HACCP rules.
- Safety Protocol: Demonstrated track record of zero-accident workplace safety.
