To succeed in this role, you'll need an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a similar field. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized organization is a plus-but if you're eligible and working toward it, we still want to hear from you.
