About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team in Centerville, OH. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of our students. You will design and implement high-quality lesson plans, collaborate with families, and guide assistant teachers to ensure the highest standards of early childhood or elementary education.

What You'll Do

Design and execute a developmentally appropriate curriculum that engages all learners.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Provide weekly lesson plans and monthly Calanders.
Observe and evaluate student progress, keeping detailed records and providing regular feedback to parents.
Lead and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides to ensure consistent instructional quality.
Foster a positive classroom culture built on mutual respect and collaborative le

Requirements

High School graduate

Prefer daycare experience of 1 to 2 years as a lead

Valid driver's license.
