• BT Spotlights: We celebrate your wins, not just your hours.

• BCBAs Who Mentor: Experienced clinicians who are invested in your growth.

• Clear Communication: From onboarding to scheduling, we respond.

• Room to Grow: Lead roles, trainer roles, even BCBA certification.

We support you, so you can support your clients.

What We Offer:

• Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time in-home sessions (clinics coming soon)

• Bonus and advancement opportunities

• Organized schedules, clear protocols, and an ops team that actually answers

• A team where your input is heard and your work is recognized

• Paid time off and benefits for eligible full-time roles

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child’s home under BCBA supervision

• Follow each child’s individualized treatment plan

• Collect accurate data on behaviors and skills

• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Stay in touch with your supervising BCBA and join trainings and team meetings

• Keep every interaction ethical and professional

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience with kids in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)

• A strong communicator who connects easily and takes initiative

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Committed to helping kids grow in a positive, consistent environment

• A team player who’s open to learning and feedback

You’re the frontline. We treat you like it.

You’ll never be just a number here. Whether you want stability, growth, or a team that actually works like a team, we’re building it here, together.
