Job Overview:

\n

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager, Project Management to lead new product development (NPD) and market expansion at Dieux. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll own the end-to-end launch process, from concept, formulation, and packaging through regulatory readiness, manufacturing, and go-to-market, while driving the cross-functional work that brings Dieux into new channels, retailers, and international markets.

You’ll build the stage-gate processes, timelines, and rituals that let a fast-growing brand launch with clarity and speed, and you’ll partner closely with leadership to shape and prioritize the product pipeline and expansion roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• NPD Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end new product development process for every launch, from concept and brief through formulation, stability and safety testing, packaging development, and production.
\n
• Stage-Gate Process & Pipeline Roadmap: Build and run a stage-gate framework and integrated launch calendar, partnering with leadership to prioritize the product pipeline against business goals, margin targets, and team capacity.
\n
• Market Expansion: Lead the operational rollout into new retailers, channels, and international markets, coordinating regulatory, labeling, logistics, pricing, and retailer onboarding requirements from planning through launch.
\n
• Regulatory & Compliance Readiness: Partner with regulatory and quality teams to ensure formulas, claims, and packaging meet requirements in each target market (e.g., FDA/MoCRA, EU, UK, Canada) ahead of launch.
\n
• Timeline & Risk Management: Develop detailed project plans and critical paths. Anticipate dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, and drive mitigation plans to hit launch dates.
\n
• Supplier & Manufacturing Coordination: Work with contract manufacturers, component suppliers, testing labs, and 3PL partners to manage lead times and production timelines, keeping development milestones, production, and deliveries on schedule for each launch.
\n
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the single point of accountability across product development, marketing, creative, commercial, and supply chain. Lead kickoffs, launch check-ins, and team updates.
\n
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve NPD and launch playbooks, templates, and tools to make launches faster, more visible, and repeatable as Dieux scales.
\n
• Post-Launch Analysis: Lead launch retrospectives and track KPIs (on-time launch, cost, sell-through, market performance) to strengthen future launches and expansion plans.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Finance or related field.
\n
• 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space.
\n
• Demonstrated experience developing and iterating on systems and processes to drive creative efficiency and productivity 
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Adept in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Wrike).
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
\n
• Understanding of fast product cycles, beauty trends, and seasonal launch calendars.
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remaining calm under pressure.
\n
• Knowledge of beauty retail environments (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, DTC).
\n
• Exposure to international product launches or global creative localization.
\n

Salary Range: $120-150K per year*

\n
