Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Resident Services team at Jefferson House memory care. New nursing graduates are welcome to apply. This is a full‑time position offering NOC shift availability. You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with all departments to achieve high standards for resident assistance and independence. What You'll Do Perform non‑invasive resident treatments Administer medication and assist with medication schedules Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document the nursing process through charting by exception Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Current registration as an LPN in the state of Washington Drug‑free and subject to drug screening upon hire and routinely Pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations Obtain CPR/First‑Aid certification as required by company policy and applicable state rules Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public EEO Statement Koelsch Communities is an equal‑opportunity employer.
