Retail Shift Supervisor

CORE Credit Union is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Statesboro market. This role is responsible for supervising daily retail operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring processes remain accurate, efficient, and compliant with CORE’s policies. Key Responsibilities Supervise and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance support. Review and recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency and compliance. Manage daily operational functions including cash handling, night deposits, IRAs, wire transfers, and ATM operations. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan applications and administration. Cross-sell CORE products and services, including loan options, to members. Support the Retail Operations Manager and VP of Retail Sales & Service in maintaining procedures for member-facing staff. Generate reports, process staff incentives, and oversee areas such as negative shares, dormant accounts, and debit card services. Participate in community and business development activities representing CORE. Provide flexibility by assisting across Retail Sales & Service areas as needed. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent work experience. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Solid understanding of credit union/banking operations and compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional communication skills with the ability to coach and train staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with core financial systems. Why Apply?
