Solis is supporting an early-stage, venture-backed AI business that helps healthcare organisations make better financial and operational decisions. The company automates the manual data work that consumes hospital and health system finance teams today, replacing spreadsheets and fragmented reporting with instant analysis and insight.

With around 30 people, the business is growing and looking for experienced Product Leaders who can own product verticals end-to-end, building AI-powered solutions that help healthcare organisations make better financial and operational decisions.

The culture is built on autonomy. Product Leads sit as peers to the founders and work directly with C-suite leaders from clients.
About the Role

This is a hands-on Product Lead role, owning a full product vertical, such as revenue intelligence, hospital performance, supply chain, or compliance, from strategy and roadmap through to building AI agents, adoption, and revenue.

You'll run deep discovery sessions with CFOs, VPs of revenue cycle, and health system operators to shape the problem space and define what to build. This role is designed for a Product Management or Product Leadership professional who has built a net-new enterprise B2B SaaS product, platform capability, or business line from concept through launch, adoption, and measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Own a product vertical end to end: strategy, roadmap, AI agents, adoption, and commercial impact.
• Lead discovery sessions with healthcare executives and operational stakeholders to define what gets built.
• Design and build AI agents and agentic AI systems that automate high-value healthcare finance workflows.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Gemini, Lovable, and similar platforms, validating with customers before handing off to engineering.
• Own activation and adoption metrics, ensuring customers engage with products, act on insights, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Write specifications, test solutions, support implementations, and stay close to customer feedback.
• Help build and shape the future product organisation as your vertical earns headcount.

About You

• 8+ years' experience in Product Management or Product Leadership.
• Strong enterprise B2B SaaS product background.
• Proven experience launching and scaling net-new products from concept to genuine customer adoption (0-1).
• Experience owning a business line, product portfolio, or major product area end-to-end.
• Comfortable leading discovery sessions with C-suite stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled products.
• Startup mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Desirable:

• Agentic AI experience.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, payer contracting, service line economics, or operational analytics.
