This person is responsible for overseeing field service managers, directing resources during incidents, building support and rounding strategies, and partnering with facility leadership to improve the overall support experience. While not personally traveling to all locations or handling day-to-day tickets, they will serve as the operational leader ensuring the right teams are deployed, service issues are addressed, and field services processes continue to mature as the organization grows.
