How you’ll make an impact in this role Driving Clinical Excellence: Serving as a specialist in high-stakes areas like nuclear medicine, oncology, and cardiology to ensure every medication plan is perfectly tailored to the patient. Serving as a Consultant: Acting as a trusted advisor to medical staff and clinical leadership, providing real-time drug information and recommending formulary alternatives that prioritize safety and efficacy. Ensuring Patient Safety: Meticulously reviewing orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related issues before they reach the bedside. Leading & Mentoring: Overseeing the technical pharmacy team and shaping the future of the profession by serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
