Qualifications:
- · Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.
- · Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors
- · Ability to provide one on one ABA therapy
- · Working in accordance with a team
- · Understand how to take feedback and improve the skill set
- · Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.
- · Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- · Maintain client confidentiality
- · Ability to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy.
- · Proof of a negative TB test
- · Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance
- · Calm demeanor under pressure
- · Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus
- · Transportation may be required for certain clients
After training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need.
All Hires will start Part time.
