Provider Onboarding & Retention Specialist

Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica, NY seeks a Provider Onboarding & Retention Coordinator to manage end-to-end onboarding, credentialing and retention for new physicians and providers. You will guide candidates and Medical Staff leaders through requisition, onboarding, credentialing, and off-boarding processes while supporting the first year of employment to promote a positive experience. This role coordinates with the Director of Physician Recruitment and the VP of Operations for the Medical #J-18808-Ljbffr Mohawk Valley Health System
