RN Charge Nurse

Full Time | Night Shift

What You'll Do as a RN Charge Nurse:

• Complete resident assessments, identify changes in condition, and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration and nursing procedures in accordance with regulations and scope of practice
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care
• Supervise and support nursing staff, monitor staff competency, and assist with training and education as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring resident confidentiality, dignity, and rights are respected at all times
• Assist with UAS assessments, report incidents or concerns promptly, and respond to emergency situations as needed

RN Charge Nurse Requirements:

• Current New York State (RN) Registered Nurse license
• Demonstrate competency in the skills and techniques required to meet resident needs as identified through assessments and individualized care plans
