PRN LPN The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care is a 50‑bed nursing home focusing on short‑term rehabilitation and memory care. It is located on 17 acres of country in Clintonville, WI. Pay LPN rate is $31‑$34 per hour. Working every other weekend is included. Hours Noc: 10:30 pm to 6:00 am PRN PM: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Job Responsibilities Medication administration Evaluation of long‑term care and rehab residents Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents Observing residents and appropriately documenting Ability to care for residents in a manner that is patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation Follow safety guidelines Skills MUST have an LPN license Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent knowledge of emergency care In‑depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times BS or other diploma from a nursing program 1625 E Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929 COVID‑19 Vaccination Requirement The facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID‑19 vaccination requirement.
