Evening Shelter Counselor — Drive Housing Pathways

Pine Street Inn is looking for a Guest Services Specialist (GSS) in Boston, MA. The GSS will focus on the direct care of guests, ensuring safety and responding promptly to their needs. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in Human Services. This position involves helping guests with housing pathways, and connecting them to various resources.
