Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking Radiologic Technologists to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in various settings, ensuring patient safety, image quality, and adherence to departmental protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Reviewing and evaluating imaging requisitions based on patient charts and clinical signs. Identifying patients accurately using hospital policies. Selecting appropriate equipment and technical factors for imaging procedures. Assessing patients’ physical and emotional status, developing personalized care plans. Explaining procedures, addressing patient questions, and practicing ALARA for radiation safety. Following quality control/data integrity workflows and practicing high reliability training. Mentoring junior staff and supporting daily operations, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance. Participating in professional development and hospital initiatives, staying current with regulations. Qualifications Include An Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s preferred). Training in Diagnostic Radiology. MA Radiographer license and ARRT certification are required. BLS certification for senior technologists. Minimum of 3 years of diagnostic radiology experience for senior roles.
