Responsibilities
Lead our client outreach efforts, connecting with local residents and businesses to understand their specific protection needs.
Develop and present custom insurance strategies that offer real value rather than just a price point.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure they feel supported year-round.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best coverage options for every unique situation.
Participate in local community events and networking groups to grow our agency’s presence in Stillwater.
Document every client interaction accurately to ensure we are always providing the most informed and reliable service.
Requirements
Strong comfort level with cloud-based CRM platforms and digital documentation.
Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
Deep interest in building a long-term career within the Stillwater community.
Experience with agency management systems is highly valued.
