About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Property Management to take on a pivotal role in overseeing a substantial multifamily and commercial portfolio across various markets. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing property operations, site teams, and ensuring the physical and financial performance of the portfolio. This leadership position involves daily operations oversight, budget management, team development, and the preparation of regular financial and operational reports. The role also includes responsibilities for improving operating procedures, setting team goals, and supporting the company's leadership in future growth and development. Applicants for the Vice President of Property Management role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' property management experience, with a strong preference for those who have held leadership positions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven track record in team building and leadership. Experience with a multi-site portfolio is preferred, and a commitment to providing excellent resident service is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, particularly Yardi, is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at handling performance reviews, staffing decisions, and be capable of driving the team towards set goals.
