If you have rigging experience and a strong safety mindset, this is an opportunity to join a growing company that values skilled field personnel.Position Summary: The Crane Rigger is responsible for safely rigging, signaling, and assisting in the lifting and movement of rig moving and frac equipment at active job sites. This role requires expertise in rigging techniques, crane signaling, and the ability to work at heights in demanding field environments.Key Responsibilities:Safely rig and signal loads for crane operations involving rig moving and frac equipmentSelect, inspect, and utilize rigging equipment (chains, slings, shackles, straps, tag lines) based on load requirementsCommunicate clearly with crane operators using standard hand signals and radio communicationUse tag lines to control and stabilize loads during lifting operationsSecure loads properly, ensuring correct weight distribution and lifting pointsClimb derricks, rig structures, and equipment up to 50–60 feet while utilizing proper fall protectionSupport rig mobilizations, demobilizations, and frac fleet movesAssist with additional field tasks, including rigging support for trucks and other equipment as neededMaintain and transport rigging equipment to and from job sitesFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all timesQualifications:Prior experience in rigging and signaling within oil & gas, rig moving, or similar field operations preferredStrong knowledge of rigging equipment, load securement, and lifting techniquesFamiliarity with crane hand signals and safe lifting practicesAbility to work at heights (50–60 feet) with proper fall protection equipmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to safety and attention to detail in high-risk environmentsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to climb and work at heights up to 60 feetCapable of bending, lifting, twisting, and standing for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsWork Schedule:Flexible schedule required, including extended hours, weekends, and overnight travel based on job demandsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLife and disability insurancePer diem for out-of-town assignmentsOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentHow to Apply: Submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience.
