Were seeking an Insights & Analytics Lead Consultant to serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior leaders across Product Marketing Growth Operations Risk Technology and Consumer this role youll leverage advanced analytics experimentation business intelligence and data-driven storytelling to solve complex business challenges and influence enterprise decisions.

Youll combine strong technical expertise business acumen and consulting skills to identify opportunities uncover insights and deliver recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to define business questions success metrics and analytical strategies.
• Lead complex analytics initiatives that support growth customer experience operational excellence and strategic priorities.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends opportunities risks and customer behaviors.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Lead experimentation test-and-learn initiatives performance measurement and advanced analytics efforts.
• Develop executive-level dashboards scorecards and analytical reporting solutions.
• Drive reporting automation modernization and best practices across analytics and business intelligence.
• Mentor analysts and consultants while helping shape the future analytics strategy of the organization.
• Partner with business technology data engineering and governance teams to advance enterprise data capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of experience in analytics statistics business intelligence or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large complex datasets.
• Experience using Python R SAS or similar analytical programming languages.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Strong expertise in analytics experimentation forecasting performance measurement and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience working in cloud-based analytics environments such as Azure Databricks Snowflake AWS or similar platforms.
• Strong consulting communication storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving business decisions through analytics and insights.
• Advanced degree in Analytics Statistics Data Science Economics Business or a related field preferred.

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111605.00 - $131300.00
