Responsibilities Issue Management: Address and resolve pickup and delivery issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction. Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve a variety of issues, thinking critically to develop innovative solutions. Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and support requests throughout the day, prioritizing issues based on urgency and customer impact. Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the resolution process. Organization: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring information is easily accessible for future reference.
