Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. In this dynamic position, you can expect to work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. What matters most Here’s what we’re looking for: 1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program. 2. A current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. 3. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures. 4. Strong organizational and communication skills. 5.
