The Basics

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:30 am
• Location: US - Tampa, FL
• Mission: Keep production and facility systems operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair steam sterilizers, ovens, pumps, kettles, piping networks, utilities, and electrical controls.
• Lead corrective maintenance to reduce downtime; execute scheduled PMs per procedures and document in CMMS.
• Guide and train Maintenance Technician I/II team members; set the pace on complex diagnostics.
• Apply LOTO, PPE, housekeeping, and aseptic practices rigorously; promote a safe, organized workspace.
• Advance reliability and performance through continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years in industrial maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and piping disciplines.
• Fluency with electrical systems: motors, motor controls, VFDs, relays, sensors.
• Industrial piping experience: valves, fittings, pumps, and related components.
• Strong tool use and electrical test equipment proficiency; clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read/interpret schematics, P&IDs, drawings, manuals.
• Machine shop experience (lathes, milling) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compliance & Environment

• GMP/SOP compliance and required training completion
• Strict LOTO and PPE adherence
• Aseptic manufacturing procedures (training provided)
• Maintain respirator qualification (training provided)

On-the-Job Training

• Aseptic Gowning Certification
• Forklift & JLG Certification
• Respirator

Proficiencies that stand out

• Heavy equipment repair; equipment repair and maintenance
• Electrical troubleshooting, including diagnostics for heavy equipment
• Industrial automation troubleshooting and general equipment diagnostics
• Aerial and utility equipment systems familiarity

Tech you’ll touch

• Industrial controls and conveyor systems
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• PLCs: Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Panasonic, Schneider Electric
