We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the first friendly face and voice our customers encounter. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting a variety of administrative functions that keep our dealership running smoothly.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Rotating Saturday schedule with one scheduled day off during that week.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude
- Direct customers to the appropriate team members and departments
- Maintain customer phone and walk-in traffic logs
- Process, record, and file incoming inventory paperwork
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Support dealership operations with additional projects and duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
