Hospital Switchboard & Communications Operator

Capital Health is seeking a Switchboard/Call Center Operator to manage internal and external calls across two hospital campuses. You will route calls, monitor codes, and coordinate interpreter services to support patients and staff. The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months in customer service using voice communications.
