The Nutrition Service Supervisor at Encompass Health Corporation supports management, planning and coordination of the Nutrition Services Department to provide nutritional services to patients, employees and guests.
The role helps implement policies and procedures for cafeteria management, food preparation, distribution, service, purchasing, sanitation and safety; and may assist a Dietitian with nutrition assessments when qualified.
