Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care settings.

Facility Type: Long-Term Care Shift: Days Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
