The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for Surgery Days at Bell Hospital. The educator will lead unit education, mentor staff, and develop programs to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care within the Surgery Days unit. Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, advocating for professional development, and facilitating performance improvement initiatives.
