Agronomy Account Manager

$75k - $105k

Seeking individual committed to helping producers feed the world. Will be responsible for $10MM+ established book of agronomy business. Duties include:

Assist producers with fertilizer, chemical, and seed needs
Assist with current and future precision ag/data services
Set and achieve sales goals
Communicate regularly with location manager
Provide excellent customer service and serve as primary point of contact
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Gain solid understanding of producers’ goals and strategies
90% of time will be working with current customers
10% of time will be developing relationships with potential customers

Requires:

Solid understanding of agronomy
Excellent communication skills
3 or more years of successful ag sales experience

$75,000 to $105,000+ salary along with a good incentive program. EXCELLENT retirement plan.
