Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC)
Sober Haven Recovery – Woodland Hills, CA
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Join Our Team
Sober Haven Recovery is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our growing team. We provide medical detox and residential treatment services for individuals struggling with substance use disorders in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling sessions and facilitate psychoeducational and process groups.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor client progress and communicate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Assist clients with relapse prevention planning and discharge preparation.
- Maintain compliance with DHCS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and facility policies.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences.
- Provide compassionate support throughout each client's recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Current California CADC, CATC, or equivalent alcohol and drug counseling certification required.
- Experience working in detox, residential, or behavioral health preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of addiction treatment, ASAM criteria, and recovery principles.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
