CNC MachinistLocation: Hendersonville / Flat Rock, NC Pay: $24.00–$27.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM 1st ShiftWe are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team.This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable setting up, operating, and programming CNC equipment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts.What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC lathes and milling machinesProgram CNC machines to produce precision metal componentsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform tool changes, machine adjustments, and calibrationMaintain tight tolerances and quality standardsTroubleshoot tooling, programming, and machine issuesComplete production logs, setup documentation, and inspection recordsUse precision measuring tools to verify finished partsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious CNC machining experienceExperience with CNC programming, milling, and lathesStrong blueprint reading skillsKnowledge of machine setup, fixtures, and tooling alignmentExperience with CAM softwareUnderstanding of machining processes including milling, turning, grinding, and EDMAbility to use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and CMM equipmentStrong basic math and measurement skillsDetail-oriented and quality-focusedJob Highlights$24.00–$27.00/hour, based on experience4-day workweekMonday–Thursday schedule1st shiftPrecision machining environmentOpportunity to work with CNC programming and advanced machining equipmentIf you're an experienced machinist who enjoys precision work and wants a consistent 4-day schedule, we'd like to talk with you.
