Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Lithonia, GA

RBT Opportunities

Level Ahead is growing, and we're looking for RBTs who want to be part of a supportive, team-focused environment where you can enjoy your work and continue to grow.

If you're looking for a role where you feel supported by your supervisors, have opportunities to advance, and make a real impact for your clients, we'd love to connect.

Our current client needs are primarily during afternoon and after-school hours. Exact schedules vary by client and location, so afternoon availability is required for current openings.

What you'll be doing:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings
• Implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA
• Take session notes and track client progress
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and team
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families

Why people choose Level Ahead:

• Competitive pay
• Supportive and responsive BCBAs
• A positive, team-oriented culture
• Opportunities for growth within the company
• A strong Student Analyst Program for those pursuing their BCBA, with mentorship and hands-on experience

What we're looking for:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Availability to work afternoon and after-school client schedules
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate

One application is all you need! Our recruiting team will discuss available schedules and locations with you during the screening process. If you have already applied for another Level Ahead RBT position, there is no need to submit multiple applications.

We're hiring quickly and keeping the process simple. If you're a certified RBT with afternoon availability, apply today!
