Job Description

Do you love to shop? Are you on top of trends? Do your friends seek your advice when looking for gifts? We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, flexible, and reliable individual (experience in the promotional products and/or event management industry preferred) who is excited about building and growing their career. This position will support multiple team members as it relates to product sourcing/ pricing and proposal building. Our ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated, driven, and possess an extraordinary attention to detail. 

Successful candidates will have the following:

• 2+ years experience in a professional office environment, experience in the promotional products and/or event management industry is a plus 

• An innate curiosity and passion for intentional gifting 

• Exceptional communication skills – including: written, interpersonal, and public speaking 

• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually 

• Self-motivated and innately takes initiative 

• Critical thinker who applies learnings to future projects 

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

• Attention to detail is a MUST 

What you would be doing at Giftd:

• Learn, understand, and display clear understanding of our gifting services and vendors 

• Work closely with Project Managers on client projects 

• Accurately sourcing/ pricing quality gifts that are relevant to our client’s needs  

• Assist in creating visually appealing gift proposals in Powerpoint for multiple client projects 

• Meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

• Vendor management 

• Creating shipping labels, tracking boxes to their destination, and pulling tracking reports 

• Quality control of items that go out the door 

• Research and stay on top of gifting trends 

• Fulfillment assistance, includes custom packaging and shipment of packages 

• Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community

• Salary Range: $26 - $28 per hour
