Licensed Insurance Agent — Retention & Cross-Sell

Matic is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for Retention in Columbus, OH. You will focus on existing customers, renewals, and selling additional policies while advocating for clients. This in-office role reports to the Manager of Retention and requires an active Personal Lines license. Responsibilities include renewal reviews, building rapport via phone and email, and achieving sales and retention targets.
